New Beginnings!

Last year at this time, the Beings of Light from the Realms of Illumined Truth said that 2007 would be a year of monumental change and completion. Does anyone have any doubt about that now? Are you still reeling?

Well, we are now being told from On High that 2008, which is numerically a ONE year, will be a time for new beginnings and a birthing into a higher aspect of our Divinity. We may not fully understand just what this means, but the Company of Heaven is assuring us it is a glorious opportunity to transform our lives. All we have to do is take advantage of this auspicious year by focusing our intentions on creating the positive lives we want to experience on Earth.

One is the number of new beginnings, and eleven is the master number that reflects the transformation of the physical into the Divine. January 1, 2008, is numerically a 111 day. Eleven days later on January 11, 2008, we have a 1111 day.

During this rare eleven-day period, the I AM Presence of every person on this planet will integrate the highest potential of the miraculous activities of Light that took place in 2007. This integration will gently reflect into the hearts and minds of all Humanity, and it will raise the energy, vibration and consciousness of every facet of Life evolving on Earth the maximum that Cosmic Law will allow.

This event will open the door so that our I AM Presence will be able to intervene in our lives in new and wondrous ways. We can take advantage of this vitally important opportunity by focusing our intentions on new beginnings and creating the vision of the life we want. Know that the I AM Presence is limitless and that this aspect of our Divinity is One with our Father-Mother God. Our I AM Presence knows all that our Father-Mother God has is ours, and It is able to draw the perfection of God into our lives in amazing and awe-inspiring ways.

When we witness the pain and suffering existing around the world it is difficult to fathom that we are really on the brink of cocreating the harmony and balance of the New Earth in a perceptible way on this planet, but that is exactly what is happening. We have crossed the threshold into the initial impulse of the 5th Dimension. Heavenly events are confirming this Truth; ancient prophecies foretelling this time are being fulfilled, and signs are pointing to this new reality.

During the last three months of 2007, several Cosmic and Galactic events took place that prepared the way for the opportunities that will be presented to us in 2008. We are always affected by any event that involves the Heavenly bodies in our Universe, but this time the synchronicity of the various Galactic alignments opened a Dimensional doorway that catapulted our entire Solar System into the sacred space within which the New Heaven and the New Earth will tangibly manifest.

In our last newsletter, I wrote about some wonderful things that occurred on our sacred Pilgrimage through the Mediterranean and the South of France. That Pilgrimage took place October 15-29, 2007. The events that occurred throughout the Universe during that time frame, prepared the way for the birth of the New Earth.

On October 18, the Elemental Vortices within the physical, etheric, mental and emotional strata of Earth were reactivated. These vortices are spinning forcefields of Light that energize and sustain the patterns of perfection from the Causal Body of God through the earth, air, fire, water and ether elements, which comprise the physical substance in the world of form.

The original intent of these spheres of Light was to sustain the verdant splendor of the Garden of Eden throughout the planet while the Sons and Daughters of God learned to become cocreators with our God Parents. Unfortunately, when Humanity fell from Grace into the quagmire of our own human miscreations, these vortices of Light became dormant. Reactivating them into their full Divine potential was a necessary factor in preparing the way for the birth of the New Earth.

Another very important event took place during our Pilgrimage involving the opening of the blocked Heart Meridian in the body of Mother Earth. This was an imperative component in preparing the way for the birthing of the New Earth. During the first seven days of our Pilgrimage, Mother Earth’s blocked Heart Meridian was God Victoriously opened to full breadth. This was the result of the unified efforts of not only Lightworkers on our Pilgrimage but also the precious Lightworkers around the world who were working in unison with the entire Company of Heaven.

On October 23, we completed the first phase of our Pilgrimage through the Mediterranean and began the second phase of our mission through the South of France. What took place during the next several days, both in the Heavens and on Earth, confirmed the fulfillment of ancient prophecies. These prophecies foretold of a Cosmic Moment when the Earth would begin her ascent into the 5th Dimension resulting in the birth of a New Earth.

On October 23 and 24, a celestial event took place that shocked and amazed astronomers and scientists all over the world. The comet known as 17p/Holmes erupted while passing through the constellation of Perseus. This celestial body expanded its coma into a gaseous forcefield of blue Light that was bigger than our Sun. It grew to over a million times its original size and Light radiance. The comet 17p/Holmes became the largest single object in our Solar System. This event was referred to by astronomers as the strangest comet to burst onto the celestial scene in our lifetime.

Several prophecies have foretold of the appearance of the Blue Sun in the Heavens. There are various interpretations of just what this will mean, but the underlying message in all of the prophecies is that the Blue Sun will herald a New Beginning for Planet Earth and all her Life.

One prophecy indicates that the appearance of the Blue Sun will be a sign of the return of Christ Consciousness to the physical plane of Earth. It will indicate the reunification of the physical with the Divine. It is said that through an expansion of Light created by the Blue Sun planetary, Galactic and Cosmic energies will realign, bringing about a long awaited Age of Enlightenment.

Those who study the Crop Circles appearing in many locations around the world, have indicated that the eruption of the Comet 17p/Holmes was revealed in several of the sacred geometric patterns of the Crop Circles that manifested in 2005.

The most persistent and verifiable prophecy is the one given in ancient times by the Hopi Elders. This prophecy has been passed on through oral tradition and reference to the ancient tablets. The Elders revealed that there would be nine Signs before the 5th World emerges. This will be a world of peace and abundance—a New Earth.

According to White Feather, a Hopi of the ancient Bear Clan, the prophecy goes like this:

“The Fourth World shall end soon, and the Fifth World will begin. The elders everywhere know this. The Signs over many years have been fulfilled, and so few are left.

“This is the First Sign: We are told of the coming of the white-skinned men, like Pahana, our lost White Brother from the Stars. But these men will not live like Pahana, they will be men who take land that is not theirs, and men who strike their enemies with thunder—guns.

“This is the Second Sign: Our lands will see the coming of spinning wheels filled with voices. In his youth, my father saw this prophecy come true with his eyes—the white men bringing their families in wagons across the prairies.

“This is the Third Sign: A strange beast like a buffalo but with great long horns will overrun the land in large numbers. These White Feather saw with his eyes—the coming of the white men’s longhorn cattle.

“This is the Fourth Sign: The land will be crossed by snakes of iron—the railroads.

“This is the Fifth Sign: The land shall be crisscrossed by a giant spider’s web—power lines and telephone lines.

“This is the Sixth Sign: The land shall be crisscrossed with rivers of stone that make pictures in the Sun—freeways with mirages caused by the Sun.

“This is the Seventh Sign: You will hear of the sea turning black, and many living things dying because of it—oil spills in the oceans.

“This is the Eighth Sign: You will see many youth who wear their hair long like my people. They will come and join the tribal nations, to learn our ways and wisdom—the hippies in the 1960s and 1970s.

“And this is the Ninth and Last Sign: You will hear of a dwelling-place in the Heavens, above the Earth, that shall fall with a great crash. It will appear as a blue Star—the Blue Kachina Sun. Very soon after this, the ceremonies of my people will cease.”

The Hopi prophecy goes on to say that the appearance of the Blue Kachina Star will initiate a time of great purification, a time during which the Earth will be purged and cleansed of negativity in preparation for her emergence into the 5th World—the 5th Dimension.

To many this may sound ominous, but the Beings of Light have assured us that we are the creators of circumstance not the victims of circumstance. We do not have to just stand by and wait for disaster to strike. In Truth, a prophecy from On High that contains the potential of a negative or destructive outcome is given to Humanity only if we have the ability to do something to avert that particular outcome. That is, in fact, the SOLE reason why such a prophecy is given to Humanity.

A FULFILLED NEGATIVE PROPHECY IS A FAILED PROPHECY. Any prophecy predicting a negative outcome is intended to show us the potential of what will occur if we continue our present course of direction. The Divine Intent of such a prophecy is to inform us and to inspire us to change our behavior and to alter the path we are following. If we do not take the information from the prophecy and do whatever we can to avert the destructive outcome, the prophecy will not have fulfilled its Divine Intent.

It is true that the Earth must be cleansed and purified in order for the New Earth to manifest in all of her infinite perfection, but the severity of that purging will depend on Humanity. If we reclaim our natural Birthright as stewards of the Earth and invoke the assistance of the Company of Heaven to help transmute and heal the atrocities we have inflicted on this blessed planet, the cleansing will occur gently with a minimal loss of Life. If we choose to ignore the Signs and continue our mindless pursuit for material gain at the expense of the Earth, the purification will be harsher with a greater potential for loss of Life.

This information is being given to Humanity at this time not to instill fear but to inspire us to remember our purpose and reason for being. We are being called to a higher service on behalf of Mother Earth and all Life evolving upon her. We are powerful beyond our knowing. Each and every one of us has been preparing for aeons of time to be the Hands of God in the physical plane during this Cosmic Moment. Please do not underestimate your ability to make a positive difference. Trust yourself! Listen to your heart, and you will know how you can be the most powerful force of Light possible.

On October 25, while the Blue Kachina Star was expanding in the Heavens, we traveled to a mystical sanctuary that is dedicated to the Angels and their perpetual service to Humanity. This incredibly holy place is located in Alet-les-Bains, Aude. The water here is believed to be magical, healing water.

When we arrived at the site called the Angel Sanctuary, we were greeted by Eugene and Lorrie, the father and mother of a wonderful Irish family whose members are the stewards of this portal of Light. Lorrie has communicated with Angels all her life. She and Eugene were guided a little over a year ago to bring their family from Ireland to this sacred place in France. The Angels asked them to open the Angel Sanctuary and Art Gallery which would magnetize people from all over the world.

Lorrie does Divinely inspired watercolor paintings of the Angels with her fingers. She is then given a beautiful message that is posted with each Angel. As we walked in silence through the Art Gallery-Sanctuary we were transported into a sacred meditation that transcended time and space.

In this exalted state of consciousness, our Father-Mother God, All That Is, revealed that this location is the portal through which the Permanent Seed Atom for the 5th-Dimensional Immortal Victorious Threefold Flame will enter the Heart of Mother Earth.

In order to grasp the magnitude of what that truly means, it is important to understand just what the Permanent Seed Atom is. The first thing that occurs when a soul is given permission to embody is that the I AM Presence selects the highest frequency of electronic Light substance the soul has earned since it was first breathed forth from the core of Creation. This pure Light is then placed in the mother’s womb and forms the Permanent Seed Atom in the heart for the incoming soul.

This Seed Atom creates the magnetic force that draws the unformed primal Light substance from the Heart of our Father-Mother God that will form the Immortal Victorious Threefold Flame in the incoming soul’s heart. Then the primal Light substance that will form the rest of the physical, etheric, mental and emotional bodies for the soul is magnetized around the Threefold Flame.

Our Father-Mother God revealed to us that while we were in the Angel Sanctuary, the Permanent Seed Atom for the 5th-Dimensional Threefold Flame in the Heart of Mother Earth was secured in the Sun of Even Pressure in the Center of the Earth. This powerful forcefield of Light is now in place to magnetize the 5th-Dimensional primal Light substance that will be used to create the Threefold Flame and the Immaculate Concept of the physical, etheric, mental and emotional strata for the New Earth.

This means that the patterns of perfection that were imprinted on the fluid field of unmanifest Divine Potential after the opening of Mother Earth’s Heart Meridian will now be birthed into the physical plane of Earth.

These two activities of Light, the purification of the negative patterns and human miscreations inflicted on Mother Earth and the manifestation of the patterns of perfection for the New Earth, will take place simultaneously. The length of time it will take for us to begin seeing tangible evidence of this transformation will be up to you and me and every other Lightworker on this planet. 2008 is a year of New Beginnings, and each and every one of us has the ability to make a significant difference in our individual lives and collectively for all Life on this blessed Earth.

As we move into this unprecedented year of opportunity, let’s take time to contemplate how we can add to the Light of the world, and how we can assist in transmuting and healing the negativity of the past in powerful and effective ways. The Company of Heaven is standing in readiness awaiting our beck and call. On behalf of Humanity and all Life evolving on this sweet Earth, do not let this opportunity pass you by.

Dearest Lightworkers, so it is that you enter into the month of December and you enter into the Heart of Light. This is the place of Infinite Power, Possibility and Potential, that is found at the Heart of the Unified Flame of Unconditional Love.

So, Beloved Ones, you have experienced the intense energies of the Twin Flames becoming One in your own Hearts, and now you rest in that place of Deep Silence and Peace. It is a Gentle place, a place of Softness and Sweetness and Intimacy and Warmth, a place so Delicate that it can be missed if you are not focused into the Still Center at the Heart of your own Being.

As you have opened your Hearts, and as you have allowed the Twin Flames to unite within you, so you have entered into Fifth-dimensional Consciousness. You have experienced the Diamond Flame within that burns brightly with the Consciousness that All is One within the Radiant Web of Cosmic Being.

And, dearest souls, that "Oneness" will bring you into the Unified Center of your own Radiant Heart, and there, within the Temple of your High Heart, you will find the Deep Peace and the "Pregnant" Silence of All That Is. You will feel this Peace as a Profound and Intimate Gentleness that rests at the core of your Being, your I AM presence. You will find the Gentle Sweetness of your Essence, that place within you where Heaven lives and exists as part of You.

And, from that moment of Peace and Silent Sweetness, you will be ready to begin weaving a New Creation from the Light of your Heart.

What will You Create from Heaven's Sweet and Beautiful Essence within You?

Dearest ones, in this month of December, with its powerful alignments, we urge you to consider how you might create and live an "Authentic" life of Freedom and Joy, for this is what "Heaven" means to Beings of Light. And, while this may seem a paradox, to be One and Yet to be Unique, it is this dance of complementary energies that characterizes the Higher Dimensions. When duality, with its clash of opposites falls away, then there is only Unity with its wonderful blending of diverse but complementary energies, the Yin and Yang of All Existence.

"Authentic" means to recognize Who You Are within the Flow and Dance of Life. That you are a spark of the Divine Essence in Human form, what we call a Human Angel. It means to recognize that you have nothing to "learn" on Planet Earth, all that you need to know is already within you in that place of deep wisdom at the Heart of your Being. You have nothing to "heal", you are already a Perfect Being of Light who seeks only to see that perfection reflected in the outer world of manifest reality. "Authentic" means, dearest Lightworkers, recognizing that You are here to Become your Highest Potential as a Soul, to grow, to explore, to adventure out on the waves of light, and to discover more of Who You Are through the Joy of your Creations! This is the essence of life in the Fifth-Dimensional Consciousness. And, the way to access this level of consciousness is through the Heart. As you enter into your personal role of service to this great co-creation called a Planet, you will feel in your Heart a desire to experience Life and Love in a way that is Unique to You!

Yes, beloved Lightworkers, each of you is as unique as a snowflake crystal, and each of you expresses Unconditional Love in different ways. To be in an "authentic" state means to experience your flow of heart energy in a way that uniquely expresses You and Who You Are. This will not be the same as others, for while you are "One" in the Flame of Unconditional Love, you are unique in your Beauty and in your soul expression, through the experiences of your soul accumulated in many and diverse past, future, and parallel realities and lifetimes. Do not be afraid to enter into the Deep Truth of Who You Are, and to express and explore that through Love and through the Light of your Heart.

How will you know when your life is "authentic" for you? You will feel within yourself a deep sense of Peace, Joy and Fulfillment. You will feel Gratitude and a sense of a life well lived. And, even if you do not feel those things now, you can know that with the present Twin Flame Heart alignments, you are empowered to begin to shift towards this state of Inner Peace and Joy.

So, we will suggest only how you might begin to manifest and hold the Fifth-dimensional consciousness within your Heart.

• Be Free and Experience Freedom within Yourself : Know that you no longer have to please anyone and you no longer need to "fit in". You need to be You. When you are "authentic" you are Loving and Gentle and Peaceful, and people around you will not feel threatened by your uniqueness, but will celebrate it with you. When you live in this way, your soul will feel free to be All that it can be, and you will unfold into your Full Potential. Be responsible for ensuring that you maintain your own inner sense of freedom and lightness to be Who You Are.
  
• Be Passionate and Share your Passion : Follow your Dreams and Desires. When you are "authentic", people around you will be attracted to you because of your Passion. Do not become obsessed. Remember, a Passion is something that you share with others, it should not be a way of escaping connection and intimacy. A passion in your life should deepen intimacy and love with others, as their Heart passion unites with yours. Know that every Heart has its own Unique Passion and way of expressing that. Be willing to honor and respect the passions of others, and they will honor yours and share yours. When a group of people works together from the united Flame of their Heart's Passions, it is indeed a powerful energy of Love and Creativity.
  
• Be Open and Honest with Yourself and Others : Be aware of what you are feeling within yourself and do not be afraid to express this. Be willing to express your truth. If you do so without anger and aggression, then it will be accepted as such by others. It may not be their truth, but that is not your concern. If they are able to accept your truth, then that is well, but if not, then you should allow yourself to move on until you find those who are will be equally open and honest with you. But know, dearest ones, that the ability to be open and honest and loving rests on the ability to be open and honest and loving with yourself first. The extent to which you are open and honest with yourself, will be reflected in your ability to be that way with others.
  
• Be Original and Adventurous : Don't settle for a life of security, dearest ones, for there is no such thing in the material dimensions. The nature of all existence in the Fifth Dimension, is Fluidity and Flexibility and Change. Cosmic Heart Energy flows and is always seeking new forms and expressions. Be willing to move with that Flow and to allow yourself to create from that Flow and to have fun in the process. Remember how it felt as a child when you embarked on an "adventure" with your friends? So it should feel as your soul explores the new "adventure" of each day. No matter what your life may be, you can always create small adventures of Love and Beauty for yourself within each day.
  
• Be Peaceful and Be Gracious : When you live with your awareness in the Fifth Dimensional level of Consciousness, you will find that you need and desire Peace and Grace. And you will be able to create these things wherever you are, even if you live in the center of a big city and are in the middle of a busy street! For your consciousness will create such a powerful "zone of Peace and Beauty" that it will be felt by all those around you. They will be attracted to you, and this will be reflected in how they respond to you. The Peace and Grace that radiates from You will awaken Joy and Kindness in them.
  
• Live Beyond Social and Verbal Cliches : Dearest Lightworkers, do not assume to know how another person thinks or feels or where they are. Allow them to be where and what they are. Allow them the mystery of their own Uniqueness. In this Fifth Dimensional space, all is Love, and Fear is an illusion. It serves no purpose to say to another : "You are in Fear", for this is more of a reflection of your own need to judge the feelings of another and to feel safe with your mental analyses of what they mean in your life. Look rather to see what is the "Message of Love" that this person brings to you through this reflected "illusion". Most often, it is the need for you yourself to look at your own illusions and to make changes in your life, perhaps to see where and how you have allowed these illusions to take hold in your heart. Dearest ones, living within and yet beyond illusions, in the heart of your own unique truth, is the "skill" of Multi-dimensional Life.
  
• Do not Resist the Flow : Dearest Ones, in the Fifth Dimension of Consciousness the Flow of Unconditional Love is powerful and it will bring many surprising events and changes when you live an authentic life. Do not resist the flow of change, for to do so is to block the flow with the heaviness of old energy illusions. We call these surprise events "miracles", for even if they do not seem so to you at all times, they are designed to keep you within the flow of Abundant Love. If you resist, you block the Flow of Abundant Love within your own Heart, and it begins to flow around you, and so you experience isolation, loneliness and lack. As soon as you open your Heart once again to the Flow of Unconditional Love, then the flow of Abundance will find you. Resistance to the Flow is always a result of fixed expectations and ideas about outcomes. Once you have the ability to release expectations and allow change and flow, you will not be upset or rigid if a manifestation does not materialize as you had expected. Know that all things flow in Divine Order, and that there is a blessing in every shift and change in your life. When you accept change with Grace and Gratitude, you will see and perceive the Abundant Blessings at the Heart of All Things.
  

The Energies for December 2007

The Sun is in Sagittarius until the 22nd of December , when it moves into Capricorn at the Solstice. The Sun joins Jupiter and Pluto to form a powerful alignment of planets with the Galactic Center in Sagittarius, the house of Spiritual Wisdom. This energy is helping each one of you to access the deep spiritual wisdom within your own hearts.

We have already discussed in our November message, how this alignment of planets with the Galactic Center is streaming Radiant and powerful Transformative Light to the Earth at this time. This reaches peak intensity at the beginning of the month, climaxing on the 8th and 9th of December, when the Moon will also be in Sagittarius, creating a powerful stelium of planets in the ninth house. The 9th of December is also New Moon, a powerful time to reflect on "new beginnings" and for meditating on those new beginnings of a new and authentic life.

The 12: 12 stargate on the 12th of December, will provide a moment of intense Cosmic Diamond Light in which things will be seen in all their Radiant Truth. You will be given another significant opportunity to release old illusions that may hold you back from entering into the flow of Abundant Love. You may experience the Joy of a Radiant Miracle, as your life changes direction in the new flow of Love.

The Solstice, on the 22nd, will bring you a powerful moment of Integration and Balance, a time to Pause and Reflect, and be within your own Inner Heart temple, as you balance and ignite your own Twin Flame energy. This will be a powerful time to work with the Sacred Heart meditations.

Then, on the 24th of December, the Full Moon will be in Cancer. This will be a Moon that will carry the full radiance of the Divine Feminine energy in its Lunar manifestation, loving, nurturing, mystic and mysterious. This is followed by the Christian Festival of the birth or rebirth of the Divine Masculine as the Divine Child, called Christmas.

A time of New Beginnings and New Potential that will lead you into the year 2008, with its energy of the 1:1:1 on the 1st of January.

It will be an intense month, and so we ask that you remain centered in the Deep Peace and Love of your own Heart Temple and your Own Heart Flame. Know that All is in Divine Order as this Great Cosmic and Planetary Adventure unfolds.......

November 18th : The Earth Awakens to the Light.....the Increasing Light Velocity, the Turbulence and the Intensity of our Passions :

We are certainly going through an intense and uncertain time right now. I feel it within myself, and I get so many letters from you out there to say that you are feeling it too. The Light is just increasing and increasing, and the power of the Full Moon in Sagittarius as it approaches, together with the effects of Comet Holmes as it explodes in the heavens, is creating a powerful energetic mix.

I have been feeling an increase of "symptoms" recently, my body has not felt this way since I started the "ascension" journey in 2001. As I was lying in bed last night, I could feel my Light Body vibrating like a jet engine just before take-off. It is not that pleasant, I feel over-energized and exhausted at the same time. I know a close friend having trouble with sleeping right now.

The Earth herself is feeling the Light streams as turbulence. I had a letter from Claudia Garcia, who is the Starchild Team member from Chile, to express the feelings of shock that the people of Chile are feeling as they deal with aftermath of the earthquake in that country. In addition, the Cyclone that hit India and Bangladesh has caused much devastation in that area, and we cannot help but feel the pain and turmoil of those people who have lost their loved ones and their homes at this time. If you feel moved to do so, please send Love and Support to these people on the Grid of Heart Light, and know that they will receive any love that you can send as a way of supporting them at this time.

This time of rebirth and change is indeed a difficult time.

What I am feeling most is the intensity of that change. We are truly in a different place, we are different people, we are entering a New Earth. I find that my body is more sensitive and that this intense Light is just illuminating so much that it is not comfortable.

People are seeing, for the first time, beyond the illusions. They are seeing what is "real" and what is not. I had a mail from a friend in Holland whose life has "crashed" this year, and he has lost almost everything and is having to deal with deep emotional problems that have surfaced at the same time. He is able to see that his life is changing as it must and that he is having to let go of all his illusions so that he can be in this new "empty space" of "new creation". In these situations, we can either collapse under the weight of the change, or we can just trust and know that out life is being "rebooted".

Yes, even Starchild is being "rebooted". Our new server was down for most of yesterday, and we were offline. Many people are having problems with crashed computers, this being a reflection of their need to "shut down" and allow themselves time to realign and re-orientate themselves to this new place.

As the Light increases, it has become a place where only total honesty and integrity with yourself will work for you. I am finding that what "worked" for me six months ago, no longer works now. I have changed, what I see and perceive has changed. I find now the intense need to be able to connect with what I am feeling and express what I am feeling. My life pattern in the past has been to suppress what I am feeling so that I do not hurt others. So I sit on what I feel so that I can keep the peace, and yes it is an old pattern. Now, I find that I just have to express what I am feeling no matter what the consequences will be. There has to be an alignment between my heart and my mind. I have to express what I feel and what I think, I can no longer just push my feelings away so that I express what I think others want to hear.

No, it is not easy, but I am finding that the "cost" to myself to do otherwise is just too much, and ultimately the "cost" to others is the same. For in this new place of Light and Intense Love, we have to Love ourselves enough to express our Truth and be in that Truth. We also need to be able to love others enough to really hear what they have to say from the Heart and to listen with compassion. The new skill we are all learning is how to express what is the truth of our Heart without falling into old emotional patterns of expressing feelings as victimhood and destructive anger and manipulation, and also not falling into patterns of cliché, but really allowing yourself to feel what is happening inside yourself and to be supportive of your own feelings and processes.

I have found that when I do this, people often respond in ways that indicate their own coping mechanism and their own inability to feel and to be in their feelings. When I express what I am feeling I have had people tell me that I am reacting from "fear" and that I am "‘not listening to my heart ". How would they know, it is my truth not theirs. It is my heart and not theirs. When someone has the courage to speak what they feel, then the Heart will be willing to listen and to accept that person's feelings and the expression of those feelings. It may not be your truth, but the Heart will lead you to say so, and not to pass judgment on what that person is feeling.

Patricia Weber of Canada sent me a mail a few days ago saying that we, as Lightworkers, needed to perhaps rethink some of the ideas and concepts that we have been working with recently. I think that as we move into this new place, we are really going to have to think about how we can support ourselves and others, and how we can support a person and love them, even if we do not accept their view of life. Again, I had a mail from a reader in Spain to express how hard it was to live with her family because her way of seeing life was so different from theirs. Yes, indeed, but that doesn't make it right or wrong. I guess it is only deep and unconditional love that will make it acceptable for us to be with others and to understand that what they feel is their truth and is valid for them. It need not be so for us, and we can be accepting of that and of them.

As Lightworkers, I think we need to see the Light and not the Darkness right now. Another friend wrote to me yesterday about the how we were were having to accept all that was "dark" in ourselves and not to fear it or reject it. Yes, I would just express it differently, I would say that we are having to accept what we feel and to be ok with what we feel, no matter what it is. If we are angry, there is a reason for it, it is better to accept that and to find out why, and to make the changes that we need, rather than to just "accept" that we are not being loving and that we are in "fear" and go on with life. Anger is a signal that all is not well, so don't repress it, be with it, and find out what it is telling you. If it seeks changes in your life, then make those changes. It takes courage, it takes strength, it asks you to be in your Personal Power. It asks you to keep re-creating yourself as you learn more about yourself and who you are and what you want in life.

The intense Light is bringing intense change. One of the greatest changes is the ability to be Passionate and to connect with the Passions of the Heart. We are clearing out old coping mechanisms that say if you feel passions, then you are "bad". So many people say to me that they cannot find their passions in life, and this is one of the main reasons why. We repress our feelings and we don't allow ourselves to feel the depth and intensity of what happens within us. We probably learnt this when went to school and had to suppress our natural energies to sit behind a desk all day and think. After a while we shifted totally into our minds, and we learnt to think rather than feel. And so, we judge each feeling...,that is good, that is bad......,and our mind sets up a control system over the Heart and its feelings, not allowing any expressions of powerful intensity because that is ‘bad". And so, in times when the light intensifies and we feel in an intense way, we feel "bad" literally within our bodies, because we cannot cope with the intense waves of passion and feeling that are passing through as.

We were designed by a Loving Creator to be able to hold these energies. These waves are nothing more than an expression of Divine Unconditional Love. Our recent activations of our Light Bodies, the Solar Light Body and the Galactic Light Body, mean that we are wired to carry these Cosmic waves that express Love and Joy. But, right now, we are having to re-boot our inner computers to allow us to feel and express these powerful waves in our bodies as well. The so-called "Ascension symptoms" that we feel in our bodies occur when the physical body tries to align with the Light Bodies, and feels blocked and unable to carry the energy. Right now we are "blowing out" all the blocks so that we can carry our full quotient of Light in our bodies. And these blocks are ways of being and perceiving that block the flow of passion from the Heart and Soul that seek to be expressed as Love in the World.

The stress comes in because we have become so mental and emotional, and so out of touch with our deeper feelings, that we tend to pass judgment on our passions as they arise and to respond from our mind and emotions, instead of honoring the feelings that come to us and listening to what is being said. But, it is becoming more difficult to do that as we enter into our heart- based new state as human angels. We are increasingly being confronted with "truth" in all its passionate intensity, and because we are all connected on the Grid of the Heart, we have the wisdom to recognize that "truth" is an individual expression of each person's individual reality and that we can accept it when we do not find common ground with another and just move on. Forgive. Let Go. Create something that is more aligned with you and what you feel as your truth at that time. And honor their truth as well. We all have a right to hold our own truth and to be in our own passions, and to allow that for others in unconditional love. The Great Shift into the Fifth Dimension and our sense of "Oneness" is to be able to be in the Heart as One with another, and still honor their right to express themselves in ways that are different to yours. Different, not better or worse, just different, maybe on a different frequency of energy. For indeed, choice is the essence of Personal Power, and we should always feel that we have choices and allow that others can make different choices for themselves.

So, as the Light intensifies, and as we see and feel the power of that Radiant Light, we are indeed being "reborn" into that Light. It is a moment of Great Joy.

16th November : The Gateway of Love....and the Cosmic Fireworks Party.

This Earth Log entry is written partly in response to all those people who have written in to ask why, when everything seems to be speeding up, their lives seem to be slowing down. This comes from healers especially, who are seeing their client numbers drop rather than increase as we enter into this new phase.

So, here is the information that I have been given from Archangel Michael on this topic.

As you enter Fifth-Dimensional Consciousness, you will indeed slow down. As you slow down, it will seem that everyone else is hurtling past you at great speed. This has always been so, but you have been hurtling along at the same speed, and so now you notice...."hey, I'm going slower...I'm slowing down". And yes, you get panicky and anxious, mainly because you have to "earn a living" at the old speed, and you feel as though you are not "doing" what you should be doing. "Why is Spirit not using me at this important time?", many people wail in despair.

Well, Spirit is working with you. You see, dear Lightworkers, you have to pass through the Gateway of the Heart in order to get into Fifth Dimensional Spiral Consciousness, that place beyond the Linear Time "hurtle" forward, that place where Consciousness spirals gently into ever new levels of Becoming and Being. Archangel Michael has called this Gateway of the Heart, the "Diamond Portal".

As you enter into Heart time, you need to find that still point at your own center. You need to BE, in order to be able to Create in the new way.

So, as you enter into the stillness of your own Being, you will feel that slowing down, until you are at a point of complete inner stasis and nothingness...then you can create on the next spiral of consciousness.

Now, most people are terrified of that moment of nothingness that preceeds birth and creation. They do their best to deny it and escape from it, by rushing around doing things and finding things to do in order to fill the empty space. The more you deny the emptiness, the more you push away the very thing you desire. You have to enter the emptiness, the Cosmic womb within, in order to begin spinning out the web of creation from your own still center.

As you watch everyone else rushing by at high speed and seemingly intent on their creations, you feel, but what about me? I am not rushing and busy as well?

The rushing around is an illusion of "busyness", it is what is left over of the Third Dimension, when looking active and filling your time with action was considered a virtue.

In Cheryl Hutton's beautiful song "To Be One", that she channelled from her Higher Being, the Divine Essence says: "What are dreams and hopes, if you just can't cope,/ Or wings and prayers if you never dare,/I need you here and now, in this mystery,/To BE free. To BE free.

So many people are not coping because they are still trying to create in Third Dimensional Mind Time, and are not creating from Fifth-Dimensional Heart Time.

So, what is Heart time? Well, it is slow. It is a state of Being. As the song says, "I need you to be here and now, in this mystery". Be PRESENT in your own life, be PRESENT with others. Be intimate, be close, be loving, experience your life as it is and as you are. Stop rushing around...stop being busy....stop.

That slowing down is a gift. It says you are ready to create at the next level. Honor the gift and let go and trust.

Remember that we come from a society where the two main tendencies have been action and consumerism. You work hard and then you consume. Work, work, work, shop, shop, shop....etc.....This is modern life. An unbalanced rush from one day to the next, from one month to the next, and ooops its Christmas again.

Fifth Dimensional life moves gently and with grace. It is filled with a quiet richness and great Love. It stands poised on that moment when you realize that you can just BE, and that you are FREE from the constraints of the linear third-dimensional rat race illusion. The creation power of the Heart is far stronger. That is why Archangel Michael has spent so much time in the past talking about the power to manifest and be. That is why in Cheryl Hutton's dream she saw all those cars stopped at the side of the road. The road is linear time, and humanity just can't do that any more. It just doesn't work any more. It just exhausts the new Human Angel who is designed to spiral gently through the Cosmic fields of Light on the wings of Love. Hmmmmm...sounds good to me.

That means, going slowly and with grace. Having the time to notice others and to be with them and to really hear them. Never to "be too busy" to be with another human in grace and love. I am always disturbed when I get mails that start: "I know you are busy but could you....". It is as though people have this image of me rushing around being "busy" and that I have no time for another human being whose needs are somehow lesser. Well, I may be tired, I may find I can't fit in everything as yet because I live on my own and work on my own, but you can be sure that I do my best to be present with you. I try to read every mail that I get and to send Love on the Heart Grid of Unconditional Love, hoping that you will feel that, and not anger because I have not been able to answer you with a mail.

I want to say also, that healing is not necessarily the Gateway to the Fifth Dimension. So many people are so focussed on healing themsleves and recycling the pain of their childhood years. Please know that in this new Fifth Dimensional reality, what you focus on grows. If you focus on pain and anger, these will grow in your life. It is far better to FORGIVE and LET GO. Move on. The past is an illusion. Be in the present " "I need you here and now, in this mystery, to BE Free. To be FREE".

The Gateway to the Fifth Dimension is the Heart and Love.

It is that simple. Be in your Heart. Love from your Heart. Love yourself enough to be in the Quiet Space of Power and Creation and do not be afraid of it. It will lead you to your Heart's desire!.

And now, about the Cosmic Fireworks party. As you may know from Archangel Michael's Energy report for November, we are entering a powerful period of alignments in time and space. The Full Moon in Sagittarius on the 24th will usher in some powerful Light, yes maybe even more powerful that what we have experienced so far this month. Now, added to this potent mix is the "exploding " Comet, which is now apparently larger than the sun and is the largest object in the Solar system right now.

Well, I asked Archangel Michael to channel something on the Comet, and the request was declined. I think sometimes that this energy is a little prudish, for the word I was given was "orgasm". Was that meant to be a joke? Well, not really, apparently the explosion of Comet Holmes is like a great explosion of Joy and Ecstasy as the Cosmos enters a new era of Light.

OK.....well.....how does that affect us?

Well apparently, there is a lot of turbulence out there in the Solar system and that does indeed affect the Solar Light Body. It contributes to the instability that is already out there.

If we were a more organically integrated society, we would be out there dancing around bonfires and doing other joyous things to join in with this great Cosmic fireworks display. In that way we would be able to ground and run the excess of Light energy that many of us are feeling right now. It is why Archangel Michael always tells us to be joyous and to celebrate and to do rituals and ceremonies of Light and Joy.

You may feel the energy as an increase of your own energy, or as extreme tiredness. You may feel anxious or depressed as the energy "hits" your nervous system. You may, of course, also feel filled with great Joy if you are able to fully present at this Cosmic party.

So, for now, I guess, just be aware of the great surges of Light and Energy that are out there right now!

Dearest Lightworkers, as you enter into the month of November of 2007, you will feel the powerful energies that are moving the Global Collective Consciousness to a new level. At this time, Jupiter and Pluto are situated right on the Galactic Center in relation to the Earth. In their "dance" with the Great Central Sun, they are showing how you, within your own being, are in the process of awakening to the Radiant Light that pours forth from the Celestial center and flows into the Planet like a sparkling great River of Life and Creativity, producing Abundance and Love.

In the month of October, you began the shift through what we have called the "Diamond Doorway", into the Light of a new dawn for your Planet. At the 11:11 Stargate for this year, on the 11th of November, this Diamond Radiance will intensify as you move towards the critical alignment in early December, when Jupiter and Pluto will be exactly conjunct the Great Central Sun. This is the Power and the Energy that will shift the Planetary Consciousness over this threshold of Diamond Light and towards the New Beginning of the 1:1:1 on the 1st of January of 2008.

This is indeed a turning point for your Beloved Earth. It is what you have worked for. There are many of you who have entered into the state of Light and Joy that is the "signature" of Higher Consciousness. You have chosen Light and to share your Light with Others. You are indeed the "Light of the World" at this time.

Dearest Lightworkers, we know how hard you have worked and struggled to release old energies and to heal old patterns of distortion in your lives. We know how much strength and courage and perseverance and determination it has taken to consistently make the choice for Unconditonal Love, Peace and Joy. But, enough of you have made that choice, and so, you are assisting in raising the frequency of the Planetary Collective, allowing more people on Earth to make that choice as well.

Dearest Lightworkers, as this powerful radiance pours into the Planet, you will feel the intensity. We ask you to feel it as Passion, Joy and Life itself, for that is what it is. It is the Creative Essence of the Divine Source pulsing from the Great Heart that is the Great Central Sun. It is creating a sympathetic resonance and heartbeat in your own heart. The more you allow the passion to flow, the more Joy and Lightness you will feel. If you resist alignment with the Cosmic heartbeat and hold onto old patterns, you will feel disoriented and exhausted and "out of synch" with yourself. It is so much easier to make the choice to allow yourself to align with the Pulse of Light and Love, and to be embraced in its warmth and nurturing. It is the Great Gift of the Source to your Planet at this time. You are becoming a People of the Heart and your Heart beats with the Heart of the Great Central Sun, and in resonance with the Cosmic pulse of the Great Source. There is great power in this alignment, and you are feeling how this power is changing and transforming the very essence of Who You Are.

And so we say, dearest ones, that the "secret" is to open your Hearts to Unconditional Love and Joy. Allow this energy to flow through you and be expressed through you, for this is the Divine Will and the Energy of Creation. It is Truth, and as we have said, all else is illusion. When you allow this Light to enter into your open Heart, then you become Light and you see Light. You see Love and Compassion and Support and Abundant Blessings all around you, and you become a source of such blessings to all around you.

But, know that you cannot hold this Light unless your Heart is fully Open and you yourself are openly receiving the abundant blessings of Source into your Life. And you cannot hold this Light unless you are feeling the Gratitude to the Source for your life, that says : "It is Good! Thank You." When you can see the Light in all Creation, then the Light within you will burn brightly, and you will indeed be a Human Angel.

Dearest Ones, you will need this Light and this Radiance, this Creative Power, as you begin the work of Planetary Transformation in the New Year. For indeed, we see that many of you will feel called to begin to make a difference within your own Communities - for that is where you are most needed.

We have spoken to you before of "Communities of Light", and indeed we will speak again of this idea. Many of you assumed that what was meant was only connecting with your Soul Family and those like you. And, initially that was true. Now, we say, it is time to create Communities of Light wherever you are. It is time to bring your Light to All People. It is time to make Choices that reveal the Light that You Are on this Earth.

For the Planet will be transformed by the work and by the choices of the Human Angels that you are, supported by the Indigo and Crystal Children. That is why you chose to leave your Star Families and to journey to this Planet called "Earth", so that you might assist in creating this "New Earth", the planet that would arise when all humans remembered their Divine Essence and their Creative Power, and ceased to fear darkness and destruction, or to create these things through that fear. For, where you focus energy, that is what you create.

Dearest ones, we cannot tell you what Joy there is in the Angelic realms as each one of You awakens to the Light and Power at the center of their Creative Heart, and the Love and Support that flows to You and that you can share with each other. We cannot tell you how we rejoice when we see groups of you opening your hearts to compassion and sharing your Light with others. We can only say that this is a powerful force for Positive Creation on the Planet. The more you come together to share joy and creativity, the more you will assist in creating this New Earth that is being born.

So, in this month of November, we ask that you hold that Light in your Heart center; that you be Strong and that you accept your own Power to be a Force of Positive Transformation on the Planet, for that is why you are here. We ask that you continue to forgive and to forgive again. Let go of those who offend you, for all are struggling with this intense new energy. Seek rather to hold people in the Love of your Heart and to be a resting place for them, but do not be afraid to speak your truth with love. For the courage to speak your truth and still hold the energy of Love is another "signature" of the Higher Frequencies of Unconditional Love. If you speak your truth, you remain clear and you do not accumulate anger. If you do so with Love, then you do not attract anger, only Love.

And dearest ones, we ask finally that you be fully "present" with each other, from the heart. Speak from the heart, speak what you feel in the Now. Look into the eyes of those that you talk with, feel their heart and soul energy. Feel others with your Heart rather than you Mind, and accept the Love that is always there in Abundance. be "present" in your own life - pay attention to the fine and rich details of every experience that you create, and you will feel the blessings of Divine Abundance. For, that is the purpose of material existence on this planet called "Earth".

The Energies in November 2007

The first significant date in November is the New Moon on the 9th of November. This New Moon is in Scorpio, a Water sign. Scorpio hold all the mystery of the water elements, the psychic power and the dreaminess. At this time, it is good to dream and plant seeds in your own inner garden. Dearest ones, what seeds will you plant? What are your dreams and desires for the New Earth?

Then, on the 11th of November, you will experience the annual 11:11 stargate, when the earth aligns with the Angelic frequency of the 11:11, which allows for increased Light and Radiance and increased Illumination to assist with the Great Awakening on the Planet. This is an ideal time, dearest ones, to do rituals and ceremonies that will direct the Light into positive purposes and directions in your Life.

Finally, on the 24th of November the Full Moon will be in Gemini, with the Sun in Sagittarius. As we have already mentioned, there is a powerful alignment in early December, and this Full Moon will assist in initiating the energy for this alignment. The Air and Fire combination of Gemini and Sagittarius creates a volatile yet powerful elemental energy. The energy of the Sacred Heart and the Twin Flame will be powerfully activated within you at this time. It is a Joyous time of Celebration on this New Earth.

The Diamond Doorway Opens : Are you Ready to Pass Through ?

And so it is, dearest Lightworkers, that you stand today at the threshold of the Diamond Doorway. You are about to pass through into the radiant Diamond Light of Infinite Love. Are you Ready? You may not feel so - but we can say that you are indeed! All humanity has made the Collective decision, and so you begin the process.

Dearest Lightworkers - you are the ones who are the pioneers, you take the first steps in consciousness so that All may follow. And so it is that you are now courageously accepting the changes in body, mind and emotions, as you integrate with your I Am presence and become the Human Angel that you are. As you step across the threshold, you allow the manifestation of the Being within you that has been seeking to emerge in the last years of this transformation process.

And, we will say, dearest ones, that you are not simply returning in time to reclaim some lost part of yourself. That work is already complete. You are taking a step forward into the consciousness of Present Infinity, the Now moment, where Past and Present and Future merge as One. And then, you experience the "Becoming" moment, as you Become a New Creation, something that the Earth has not seen before. This is the unfolding of all Past and Present Potential into the Full Presence of Who You Are now. As we experience this "birthing" moment with you, we celebrate Who You Are Now. And we see you in this way.

You are no longer a Third-dimensional physical being only. You are a glorious Multi-dimensional being of radiant light. You are no longer a lesser and sinful being separated from God, but you are a spark of the Divine Flame of God Source in a human body. Dearest Ones, can you see how your consciousness has expanded to embrace who you really are? You have spent thousands of years believing that you were separate from the Source or Creator Power, and so you created that separation. And you created also separation from the planet, and from others, and in this distortion of your glorious light you created much violence, and the result was a deep sadness and grief in the Planetary Heart. As many of you return to now to full God or Source Consciousness, you feel the sadness and the grief of your long separation. All humanity mourns its separation and its broken heart! But know, dearest ones, that you were never shut out of Paradise except by your own choice. For the Source, the "God Love", lives within each one of you, and it will never cut you off and abandon you. It was indeed your choice to create this experience, and now it is your choice to end this illusion and return to a full consciousness of your God self.

What did you gain by this choice? We see that you have developed individual mental and emotional consciousness, and that the individual consciousness can be aligned with the greater consciousness of Who You Are. Is this not indeed something to celebrate. You are, in the eyes of Spirit, a myriad of perfect Crystal Beings, each one a reflection of the radiance of the Source, each one made in God's "image" of perfection, and each one containing an awareness of itself and its beauty.

And so, as this new creation, a Human Angelic being aware of the God Source within and aware as an individual self-consciousness, you are indeed a "New Creation". But, dearest ones, it is only when you fully embrace your Power as a Creator, and when you embrace your responsibilities as a "Co-Creator" with Spirit and with Others on the Planet, that you will fully enter into your new being as a Human Angel.

We ask you - What will you Create in your new state of Being? Will you seek personal wealth and love only, or will you seek to move into your High Heart and begin to work to create abundance for All and the awareness of Unconditional Love for All? For we say to you, dearest ones, that Abundance is there for All, and that Love is always present. These are the very fabric of Existence and Creation. The extent to which you experience these individually and as a group is determined by your ability to give yourself permission to open your awareness to the blessings of love that surround you at each moment of every day.

In your new state of Multi-dimensional consciousness, you must choose what you will see and what you will create. For, the most important skill of a Human Angel is the exercise of CHOICE in the service of the Light. You are offered choices at every moment, and how you choose will determine the quality of your creations and how you experience them. When you pass through the Diamond Doorway into a Multi-dimensional consciousness, you have agreed to create only from Love. Your choices will be made from and through Love.

This means, dearest souls, that you will live your lives in a new creative paradigm. You will make choices in a new way. You will, perhaps, ask yourself these questions as you create:

Am I creating from and through Unconditional Love for myself and others?

Will my creation bring the highest good for myself and others and the planet?

Am I reacting to others and their creations from individual and personal emotional or mental patterns, or am I responding as a channel for the Love of Source?

Am I ready to surrender to the flow of Love from Spirit and to Trust that my creation will manifest in perfection at the right time?

Am I creating from my Heart in a balanced and loving way?

Dearest ones, if you can keep asking yourselves these questions as you step across the portal into the Diamond Light, you will begin to relax into this new energy and you will begin to find the flow of creative joy in your new Multi-dimensional Being.

And so, we will say to you, that the key to this process of shifting through the doorway, is the Heart. If you can hold your energy in your Heart in a balanced and powerful way, you will have no difficulty in moving into your full potential as a Creator.

For, your Heart is the Creative Matrix for the New Earth. It is from and through your Heart that you will create. It is in co-operation with all the other Hearts on the grid of Love that you will create all that you desire together.

So, we ask you to remember two things. Firstly, that in this new place of the Heart, you will be aware that All is Connected and Inter-connected. You will truly feel and understand that you are all One in the Unconditional Creative Love of Source. You will see others as manifestations of your own self, of your dreams and desires, and you will truly understand how you create together. You will learn to look at the mirror of your creations and to respond with joy and gratitude, for all that you create will be in balance and will fill your Heart with Joy and Gratitude. And, as you create the New Earth together, you will feel such Joy and Gratitude for the Creative Power that lies within your Beloved Heart.

And, secondly, we ask you to remember that you are Infinite and Eternal. You are an Angelic Being of Light and you will never die. You will continue eternally in a process of "Becoming". Becoming All that your "I Am" can be in a process of expressing your full potential as a Being of Light and Love.

So, we say again, what will you create? For, it is only through your creations that you will know yourself. And, as you see what you have created, both as an individual and with others, you can make new choices so that your creations can become richer and more beautiful and more dynamic, and more filled with the radiant beauty of the Diamond Light of Spirit.

And so, you will gain experience and skill as a Creator. And so you will "Become" ever more radiant and beautiful and ever more a reflection of the Divine Light of Source on the Material Plane.

And so, we leave you on this special day, wishing you love and beauty on your Creative Adventure.

Making your Physical Body into a Temple of Light: Welcoming the God and Goddess Home

As we near the completion of our transition into the human angel or Crystal adult, we need to allow our spirit to enter fully into our bodies. This means being fully present in our bodies at all times. It means seeing your physical body as a temple of light that provides a home for your Inner Male and Female Essences, the God and Goddess.


Releasing the Fear of Being in a Body

So many of the clients that I see are not fully present in their bodies. Their spirit has not fully incarnated into the physical. This means the body is not fully energised, and this can lead to all kinds of problems and illness in the physical template.
But why are so many of us fearful of being fully present in our bodies?

And how is this manifest?

Many people imagine that they are fully "here", but their fear of being in their body is shown by their lifestyle choices. People who take drugs, drink excessively, smoke, or have other forms of addiction, including sex and work addictions, are all trying to escape from the reality of the physical body.

But Why? Well, in our culture we have some pretty unhappy beliefs about our bodies. We believe that they get sick, that they get old, that they suffer pain, and that they die. All of these processes we perceive as hurtful and to be avoided as far as possible.

Then there are specific experiences particular to male and female bodies. The female body has experienced many thousands of years of patriarchal existence, in which to be female is to be bound to reproduction, which is painful and limiting. Women also experience control and vicitmization by men, including violence and rape.

To live in a male body under patriarchy has meant that men have been party to this drama of control and abuse as their male rights.

We have all had both male and female lives, and so coded into our bodies and our soul records are many past lifetimes of pain, suffering and often violent death. When one reincarnates into a body and experiences life on Earth, these deep memories are part of our existence and reality, whether conscious or not.

Those of us who have chosen the path of spiritual growth have also often experienced persecution and execution, often in violent and inhumane ways. So often when there is a spiritual awakening, as there is now, many of these deep memories surface and need to be released.


Creating Another Reality: The Truth about our Bodies

It is time to replace this set of destructive and unhappy beliefs about our physical bodies with another more creative and light-filled set.

Our physical bodies are a perfect vehicle for our spirit. The physical body has evolved over a long period to be the means by which consciousness is able to exist and grow in the material planes.

The physical body was designed by Spirit to have the capability to carry the consciousness of the being and to reflect the beliefs and attitudes of that being. Your physical body is always a reflection of you!

It was designed to continue to regenerate and to be healthy and strong. There are certain ways of living and being that will enhance the physical body and ensure that it remains healthy and pain-free up to the moment when that being decides to transition to another plane of existence, without a physical body. But equally, there are certain ways of living that are almost guaranteed to produce degeneration, disease, and painful death. Most of these unhappy ways of living are what we call "normal" life on this planet.

When you "wake up" amd make your transition to the Crystal state, you will begin to change your lifestyle. You will cease to indulge in harmful practices such as drug taking and alcohol addictions, you will have the desire to eat well and to exercise your body, and you will begin to be conscious of the choices that you make about your thoughts and beliefs. And these choices will all contribute towards a healthy, pain-free body. This is our birthright - we were designed to be healthy and vital.

When you understand that your body was designed to be healthy, and that you can make certain choices that will keep it that way, you understand that you are not at the mercy of "random" disease processes. Then you can feel happier about entering into your body with confidence.

Also, if you do experience illness or injury, again you can have the confidence that your body has the necessary strength and ability to heal and regenerate.

And when it is your turn to leave the physical plane, you can be confident that you can achieve this with the most grace and elegance that is possible. Remember, you are now a human angel, spirit in a human body, and you can make the choices that ensure a happy and pain-free life and transition to higher levels. It is YOUR CHOICE now.


Achieving Balance: The God and Goddess

One of the key processes to "waking up" is to heal the imbalances between our Inner and Outer male and female energies. We are releasing the hold of patriarchy, and matriarchy before that, and moving into a place of balance with these energies.
We began the process by welcoming the Goddess and her return among us. This process began in the 1970s and 80s, with feminism, as we once again began to understand the importance of the Goddess or feminine energies in our lives. These were qualities such as nurturing, acceptance, unconditional love and gentleness.

Then, in the late 1990s, we began to release that we also needed to heal the "wounded male", and allow the male energy to be released from its role as victimiser and persecutor. And so we welcomed the God in us home as well! This allowed us to engage with our strength, our inner warrior, our confidence and our power, without needing to become aggressive or angry.

And so we achieved a place of Inner Balance, where Male and Female, or God and Goddess were equally balanced in our psyche. Neither was to dominate, but both to live in partnership, each celebrating the complementary qualities of the other.


Entering the Temple of Light

And so, when we are able to see our physical body as a temple of light - then we are able to welcome home the God and Goddess.
Our bodies long to be radiant and healthy. It is up to us to make the choices that will allow this. And it is up to us to invite our spirit into our bodies, to take up residence once again in a pure Temple of Light.

A visualization: I invite you to do this brief visualization to prepare your body for this process:

Lie in a comfortable place and allow yourself to relax. Breathe deeply and imagine that on each in breath you are inhaling gold and silver light through the top of your head (crown chakra). On the out breath you are exhaling old energies and past life beliefs about your body, and also your role as a male or female in all those past lives.

Now relax your body, starting at the feet and moving up to the head. When you are completly relaxed, begin the visualization.

Visualise the Gold and Silver light entering into every cell in your body until your entire body is glowing with the radiance of that light. Now say to yourself "I am releasing all Belief Systems about my physical body, both in this life and past lives, that require pain and suffering. And I am embracing the Belief that my body is healthy, radiant and a perfect vehicle for my consciousness". Then breathe out to release the old energies, and continue to breathe in Gold and Silver light.

When you have completed that process, then say: "I am now inviting my spirit to fully incarnate into my body. My body is a radiant Temple of Light, and I invite my God and Goddes to enter". Then imagine your Inner Male and Female energies as a God and Goddess. They enter in, hand in hand, into the radiant and beautiful temple that you have provided.

Feel yourself moving into perfect balance and know that you are now ready to move into a future of harmony and love.

When you have completed the visualization, allow yourself to return gently to the physical plane.

Drink a glass of water.

I would also advise taking Bach Rescue remedy, 3 drops in the morning and 3 at night for 5 days afterwards, since you will be releasing deeply held trauma from the cells to allow the new radiant light to enter.

Beyond The Secret

After you have a chance to play with the Law of Attraction for awhile, you may find inconsistency in the results. Sometimes it will seem to work like magic. Other times it seems to not work at all or gives you some skewed version of your conscious manifestation. There are two main reasons for this:

1.) Early Programming
2.) Multi-Dimensional Reality


Early Programming

You may feel challenged because your mind seems to be on automatic pilot, continuing to offer up thoughts based in fear/separation/lack consciousness. What’s missing in the Law of Attraction teachings is the step that comes BEFORE thought – your programming. Your thoughts spring forth from your mind’s computer-like programming, which was created in your first seven years of life.

The most effective way to generate positive thoughts, feelings and actions that are consistent with what you consciously choose to create is to upgrade your programming. You can upgrade from lack/limitation/separation consciousness to love/joy/prosperity consciousness.


Think of your ego as a self-identity program running within your mind/body bio-computer. This self-identity program constructed your identity in the first seven years of your life by looking for patterns in your experience. When it recognized a pattern, it assigned a meaning to the pattern. The meaning and the pattern became a “rule” in computer terms – you call it a belief. This rule was added to your programming. At around seven years of age, your self-identify program stopped adding new rules and began gathering data to provide evidence to support the rules it created.

At that point, your ego’s job became protecting your mind-created identity. That’s why is so hard to improve your self-image. Your programming was created by you, as a child, with your immature understanding, inadequate and wounded perspective, within the limited environment of your family, school, church and neighborhood.

When you upgrade your programming, your mind will generate positive thoughts, which produces positive feelings and positive actions. You will make better choices. You will suddenly see opportunities your mind filtered out before. You will open to the prosperity your ego was holding at bay in order to be loyal to your mind-created identity.

Multi-Dimensional Reality

Mother Earth has already raised Her frequency enough to host multi-dimensional Paradise Realities. Humans have the opportunity to ascend with her and enjoy higher dimensional versions of Earth where the lower frequencies of fear, poverty, illness, struggle and pain cannot exist.

The Secret teaches you to imagine what you want to create, feel it as if it already exits and then allow it to unfold. But what happens if you are limited by your imagination? Where does your imagination come from? It’s foundation is built upon your past experience in a 3-dimensional reality based in fear, limitation and separation consciousness. Can you even imagine the infinite possibilities that exist in higher multi-dimensional reality? Not really, we don’t have a frame of reference for it.

Two years ago, knowing that we were moving toward this evolution in our basic reality structure, I was inspired to develop and teach a new way of manifesting called Manifesting from the Heart.

Instead of using your mind to imagine what you want to create, use your feelings. Determine how you want to feel when your manifestation takes form and avoid formulating any thoughts about what it may look like. Then, in meditation, create a heart-based holographic blueprint of the manifestation. Send the blueprint out into the void, which will attract a holographic image of a matching potential reality and bring it to your consciousness for closer examination. Look at it from many different perspectives and decide if you like it. If you do, then I anchor it into the Earth to experience in your physical reality. This is how multi-dimensional beings in multi-dimensional Earth will co-create their own version of Paradise on Earth.
